Tools I LOVE!
During my sessions I use several pitching tools to aid in the development of mechanics. Although no tool can magically fix a deficiency, sometimes these devices help the athlete feel a specific movement.
The perfect circle helps the athlete keep her arm path in line and gives instant feedback.
Tire chalks help the athletes drive foot stay stay and prevents opening to early.
Balance pods help the athlete work on core stability, early turning and a nifty spin device.
Slide discs can will help with the rotation of the back leg and hip.
Plyo balls are a great tools to warm up with and gain speed and power.
J bands are great for warm up and arm care.
Mini bands help with leg strength, closing the gap and foot strength.
The ez rise ball and spinner aid in proper spin and ball axis for movement pitches.
The pocket radar and pitching mat and nice to haves for practice and progress.
The dummy batter helps with control of the zone and gives the pitcher a mock feel.
